The importance of flexibility in today’s world is crucial with remote teams collaborating with one another from different sides of the globe. By attending a virtual experience with WeHost, your team and individual morale will be boosted, helping to increase productivity and improve collaboration.
As the virtual world allows you to connect your team remotely, this is also a mechanism for lowering your company’s carbon footprint. Lots of our companies have connected their employees and clients based in different corners of the globe from the USA, UK, Australia and India to name a few!
Supply us with your event details and we will tailor an event exactly how you want it. Provide us with:
- Event date and time
- Event occasion (sales kickoff, work anniversary, staff social, awards ceremony, client networking etc.)
- Approximately how many guests will be attending
- Event budget (we will do our best to put together the best package for your event budget)
- Whether you want to customise your event (for example adding brand logos and corporate colors throughout the experience). For further details on our additional add-ons, please get in touch with our team.
We will then put together a bespoke quotation for your event and send this over email. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the details (such as confirmed date or number of guests). These can be supplied at a later date.
Once you have agreed with all the items you wish to have in your event and the final price, we can then put together your event invoice. This is sent to you over email along with booking Terms & Conditions.
If you want to add on any items at a later date then this is no problem, we are very flexible.
If you have a sudden influx on guests wanting to attend, we can add these on right up until the day of the event.
Work alongside your event planner to ensure:
- Shared event planner documentation is completed. This includes lists of guests, emails addresses, point of contacts or team assignments if you have any.
- Run-of-Show timeline is completed along with any intro or closing speeches from VIPs.
- Logos and branding elements are saved in shared event folder.
- Prizes are organised and purchased if wishing to hand out to leaderboard winners.
- Send out any pre-event posters and promo videos to excite your guests, along with meeting joining instructions to ensure maximum turnout.
- Please ensure invoice balances are fully paid before the event date unless credit terms have been agreed.
Here at WeHost we offer gamification elements without the need for a Gambling Licence because we use a points system with no real currency exchanging hands. With all of our fundraising events, guests have the option to donate to your chosen cause with strictly all donated funds going to the cause, we do not keep any.
