What equipment do you offer for my event?

Answer

Using the latest projector hardware, our Phillips Screeneo Projector creates over a 100inch full HD projection onto a white screen. Our custom-made race footage uses the latest video tech so we have digital audio and crisp 1080p visuals, meaning a large number of guests can all enjoy this exclusive race experience. This is way better than your traditional and dated DVD race night!
Our large and powerful PA system and speaker stand ensure good volume and atmosphere fill your room. With two wireless microphones our hosts will compère the night’s proceedings and make sure to drum up cheering from the crowd as their horse nears the finish line.

Do you offer events outside of the UK?

Answer

Yes! Whilst we entertain face-to-face guests across the United Kingdom, it is great to entertain guests around the globe via our virtual platform!

Please note that for events between 11 pm – 9 am UK time, we do charge an extra £5/$6 per guest to cover the Croupier Hosting your event during unsociable hours.

Should a prize be organised?

Answer

We do encourage that the host provides a prize as this increases the competition for all of your guests, but you can request to play for bragging rights!

There are lots of different ways to award prizes, not just your generic 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

What nights do you offer events?

Answer

Any day, any time! Just let us know your requested date and time by filling in the form and we will try our best to fit you in.

Please keep in mind, Thursday-Sunday is often busy so don’t hesitate to get in contact.

Do you accept tips?

Answer

Yes! At the end of your virtual event, we will show a QR code including a link for any reviews, social media pages and tips. We are very grateful for any of these!

Can I fundraise during live race events?

Answer

Our live sports events are perfect for fundraising events. You choose what percentage you want to hold back from all of the bets (typical is 50%) and then our team of hosts will work out what the winners get if they have been lucky enough to pick the winning horse! Raise £100s for your worthy cause, club or chairty!
