WeHost Ltd operates as a Data Controller for a GDPR cause. To answer and complete your booking enquiry we must collect personal details about you. When creating an enquiry form or emailing us we must collect specific personal details in order to answer your event enquiry. We also collect personal data during an event in order to run the event effectively.  We may also collect data from you for marketing purposes, this data could include your name, address, email address and phone number.

What data do we collect

Name, address, telephone numbers, email address, details of your visits to our website (see Cookies), personal details including guest names on applications such as Zoom to help tailor our services to you. We may also collect images and recordings of the event.

We will use the data you provided to respond and complete your event booking enquiry.  If you have agreed to receiving marketing and promotional materials we may use your provided data to contact you via post, email, phone or text message with information about offers, news and products or to send surveys or feedback requests. You have the right to opt out of your data being used for marketing purposes at any time by giving us a call on 07766220075.  Third Parties – We will not pass on your personal information to other users of the website and we will only ever pass on your personal details to a third party if it is necessary to fulfil a specific service on your behalf or as part of our normal business activities.
