Royal Ascot Trivia Round

You’ll start with a quiz that will test your knowledge of everything from famous horses and jockeys to the different races and traditions associated with Royal Ascot. All answers will be submitted digitally on our bespoke trivia platform, with crowd responses shown to keep the excitement high.

Royal Ascot Horse Racing Round

Once the quiz is over, it’s time for the main event: betting on a winning horse! You’ll have a list of the horses running in the race, and you’ll get to pick which one you think will come out on top. But don’t worry, there’s no real money involved – you’ll be betting with virtual points, so you can focus on having fun and rooting for your favorite horse.

As you watch the race unfold, you’ll be on the edge of your seat, cheering on your horse and hoping that it crosses the finish line first. And when the race is over, the person who picked the winning horse will receive the most points, and the person with the most points at the end of the game will be declared the winner. All scores will be tracked on an individual and team leaderboard, so you can see how you stack up against your colleagues.

Winner Reveal & Closing Speeches

When all games have finished, guests return to the main room and eagerly await the final scores from the Trivia and the Races, these will be combined. Each winner is slowly revealed, along with with any team scores. Finally, we crown our overall race event winner and celebration ensues as we spotlight the video feed of the winner and prizes are handed out accordingly!
