The venue choice played a crucial role in bringing the Vegas theme to life. Searles Leisure Resort provided the perfect backdrop for our grand vision. Nestled amidst stunning surroundings, this holiday park provided a charming yet spacious environment for our festivities. With its versatile spaces and excellent facilities, the venue was the ideal location to host Hughes Electrical’s momentous 100th birthday celebration.
Victoria from Hughes Electrical entrusted us with the task of transforming the holiday park into a vibrant Las Vegas extravaganza. To accomplish this, we meticulously curated a range of exciting casino-tables and themed props.
The allure of the Las Vegas experience is incomplete without the thrill of casino games. We set up an impressive array of red casino tables to ensure guests could indulge in their favorite games throughout the evening. Our offerings included two Blackjack tables, a Roulette table, a three-card poker table, and a Craps table. These professional-grade tables, manned by expertly dressed hosts, brought an authentic touch to the event.
No Vegas-themed event would be complete without the iconic “Play Your Cards Right” game. We incorporated this beloved game show into the evening, adding an extra dose of excitement and engagement. The game’s large-scale setup, complete with XL Playing Cards and an XL Playing Board, added a touch of grandeur and ensured everyone could participate.
To capture the spirit of the occasion and create lasting memories, we provided an inflatable white photobooth. This photobooth, adorned with custom printouts, allowed guests to strike a pose and take home a personalized memento of the event. It became a hub of laughter and camaraderie as attendees captured their smiles and shared unforgettable moments.
Hosting such an extravagant affair requires a charismatic, experienced and skilled host. Christopher Melsa, known as Smokey Joe in the events world, took on the role with finesse, presiding over the Craps table. His expertise, lively personality, and ability to engage the crowd ensured an evening of entertainment that won’t soon be forgotten.
