How many people can take part in a virtual race event?

How do virtual race events work?

Answer

When booking in your event, our office team will send out a scheduled meeting for all your guests to join as well as an event planner for all your optional personalisation requests.
You will join the call on your requested date/time and all be greeted by your event host/tipster in the Main Room.
Each guest will then be given access to the web app for the event, this is used to facilitate the betting for the event.
Game play begins
5/10 minutes before the end of the event, a final leaderboard reveal and the announcement of winners and prizes will take place.

Do you offer events outside of the UK?

Answer

Yes! Whilst we entertain face-to-face guests across the United Kingdom, it is great to entertain guests around the globe via our virtual platform!

Please note that for events between 11 pm – 9 am UK time, we do charge an extra £5/$6 per guest to cover the Croupier Hosting your event during unsociable hours.

Should a prize be organised?

Answer

We do encourage that the Host provides a prize as this increases the competition for all of your guests, but you can request to play for Bragging Rights!

There are lots of different ways to award prizes, not just your generic 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

What nights do you offer events?

Answer

With over 30 studio rigs, we often have great availability for events 24 hours a day.

Yet, some dates are very popular – it’s always worth checking in with us and finding out when we have the best availability – we will hold a pencilled-in date for 7 days and pricing quotes for up to 14.

If you are unsure, feel free to contact our helpful office team and we will always try to accommodate your preferred dates and times.

Demonstrations are available upon request and FREE of charge.

Do you accept tips?

Answer

Yes! At the end of your virtual event, we will show a QR code including a link for any reviews, social media pages and tips. We are very grateful for any of these!

Can I fundraise during the virtual race event?

Answer

Our virtual race events are perfect for charity/club fundraising events.

You can offer sponsorship for the name of each race and personalise the event with a sponsor logo on players handheld device/web-app.

We have raised £1000s for charities around the world and would love to help your cause, club or charity in raising more valuable funds!
