How many people can take part in a virtual casino?

  • Our virtual casinos on average can have up to 15 guests playing per table – please check individual virtual casino events as this may vary
  • We can host up to 500 guests on one call 
  • For guest counts over 300+, feel free to get in contact and the team will provide options for your virtual event.  

How do virtual casino events work?

  • When booking in your event, our office team will send out a scheduled meeting for all your guests to join as well as an Event Planner for all your optional personalisation requests.
  • You will join the call on your requested date/time and all be greeted by your event host in the Main Room.
  • If you have over 15 guests, you will be randomly OR prior to the event, assigned to a room and after the welcome from your host, you will be sent a notification to move into the specific room.
  • Each guest will then be given a personal, digital name tag and a corresponding set of coloured chips by their host/dealer/bookie/stickman. 
  • Gameplay begins
  • Optional break halfway
  • 5/10 minutes before the end of the event, everyone will be called back to the Main Room for a final leaderboard reveal and the announcement of winners and prizes will take place (if requested).

Do you offer events outside of the UK?


Yes! Whilst we entertain face-to-face guests across the United Kingdom, it is great to entertain guests around the globe via our virtual platform!


Please note that for events between 11 pm – 9 am UK time, we do charge an extra £5/$6 per guest to cover the croupier hosting for your event during unsociable hours. 


Should a prize be organised?


We do encourage that the Host provides a prize as this increases the competition for all of your guests, but you can request to play for Bragging Rights!

There are lots of different ways to award prizes, not just your generic 1st, 2nd and 3rd.


What nights do you offer events?


Any day, any time! Just let us know your requested date and time by filling in the form and we will try our best to fit you in.


Please keep in mind, Thursday-Sunday is often busy so don’t hesitate to get in contact.


Do you accept tips?


Yes! At the end of your virtual event, we will show a QR code including a link for any reviews, social media pages and tips. We are very grateful for any of these!
